Support of the implementation of Head Office governance regarding Health Care products sourced from 3rd parties with focus on packaging and formula aspects.
- Definition of regional Health Care product assortment (Medical Devices) to be established under Head Office governance, in a cross-functional international project team
- Collection and Compilation of formula and packaging related data from manufacturing units (international 3rd parties and own production centres)
- Set up of Master-, Manufacturing-, Product- and Packaging data in international PLM / SAP documentation system
- Generate and compile the defined verification documentation required to document compliance with regulations (European MDR and/or regional) in close co-operation with the international 3rd party product suppliers and own production centres
- Maintenance (i.e. continuous update) of the respective product assortment and steering change management (change control)
- Support projects resulting from maintenance and extension of the respective product assortment
