eCommerce Marketing Manager

Your Tasks

Role Purpose

  • The eCommerce Marketing Manager will manage Online Growth Model of portfolio with combination of Brand Management, Trade Marketing & Performance Marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for developing marketing strategy and execution to drive online business. This person is responsible and accountable for supporting the eKAMs in achieving their sales objectives by analyzing and optimizing the visibility, performance and engagement of our brands in-line with e-tailer’s digital strategies. This individual will drive online performance through digital shelf levers, creative development, content ownership and syndication, augmenting user experience (UX), search results, and the development of digital content to drive e-tailer traffic.

Main Accountabilities

  • Develop and Manage Category Strategic Marketing Plan in E-Commerce; in line with Shopper definition adapted to eCommerce channel.
  • Responsible to manage eCommerce Brand P&L and different underlying spends.
  • Work closely with eKAMs to drive growth of respective Category through optimal MB investment in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing responsible to drive Traffic & Conversion Rate to respective Category through optimal Media & Marketing Spend Management.
  • Conceiving, planning and execution of key events, launches, activations and brand related activity.
  • Monitor in platform pricing for Beiersdorf as well as competition to find optimization opportunity with the Eventing & Insights responsible.
  • Coordinate with User Experience Development to develop content & implement across eCommerce (e.g. SKU PDP page, campaign/promo banners, newsletter images) in line with the brand guidelines & maintain tracking of portfolio content across all platforms and ensure it is always up to date (bundles, promos, new thematic, etc.).
  • Design and increase the impact of the online marketing investment through continuous improvement by measuring, analyzing and interpreting campaign results and utilizing this information to improve return on investment for future campaigns.
  • Analyze the integrated sales report performance across online sales channels.
  • Own Category participation in Online Shopping Events ensuring traffic from digital campaigns and customer media activation.

Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Shopper and Customer Marketing / Digital Marketing experience of 6+ years in FMCG industry.
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • 3+ year E-Commerce marketing / brand management experience.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in leading and managing Digital Media, social media, Brand and O2O, including management of agencies.
  • Proficiency in content marketing basic principles. Concrete knowledge of website analytic tools.
  • Professional knowledge and experience in the use of relevant online marketing and sales techniques.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Significant independent responsibility with a strong bias for action/ entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal cross-functional teams.
