Your Tasks

Are you a researcher who drive innovation and who want to bring your know-how, curiosity and commitment to the development of cutting-edge cosmetic products by combining the latest digital technologies with our dermatological expertise?

  • You will expand the area of ML-supported data analysis and computer vision for different data types (e.g., images, spectra) in our working group
  • You initiate and develop innovative research projects in all phases and are the contact person for the other R&D laboratories
  • You establish and manage successful co-operations with international partners
  • (e.g. universities, contract research institutes or start-ups)
  • You keep up to date with the latest technologies in your field
  • You enjoy sharing your enthusiasm for innovative skin research with colleagues

We are constantly expanding our knowledge of the skin. To this end, we are developing innovative state-of-the-art measurement methods and assessment procedures that allow us to quantify skin non-invasively, contributing to better products and superior solutions.

Your Profile

  • Excellent degree in computer science or physics with focus on computer vision and ML-supported data analysis - Master's degree and some years of mandatory relevant professional work experience preferred, completed PhD possible
  • Knowledge of (medical) computer vision, object recognition, computer graphics, visualization, image processing and ML-based data analysis
    and interest in applying them to cosmetic and skin care related issues
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Very dedicated and enthusiastic about research with a special interest in interdisciplinary work and networking
  • Ready for a global career in an international company
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and a good knowledge of German or the willingness to develop these
