And we do this together with great people in a dynamic and international working environment that offers various exciting development opportunities. The Finance Services Europe Team is responsible for the Financial Accounting of all European Beiersdorf companies. This includes closing activities (according to local regulations and IFRS), General Leger, Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payment, Accounts Receivable and all other areas necessary to provide a comprehensive accounting service. Additionally, the team participates in local and global projects on digitalization and the optimization of accounting processes.

In SSC Global Finance Services, we are responsible for the accounting of the Beiersdorf Group's European affiliates, global master data maintenance, and support for international projects. This broad range of topics offers exciting challenges and the chance to get to know many aspects of accounting in SAP and shared service operations. The digital transformation in our business area offers plenty of opportunities to optimize processes and further automate them through the use of state-of-the-art technologies (e.g. Robotics Process Automation). Apply your previously acquired knowledge in the context of practical use cases and thus expand your knowledge.

  • Customer-centric Operations: Operational activities in the context of shared service center accounting (e.g. month-end closing activities, recording of accounting transactions) and collection and analysis of operational accounting process metrics.
  • Digitization and Automation: Support in standardization, optimization and automation (RPA) of processes in Finance/ Accounting.

Your Profile

  • You are ideally studying business administration or a comparable field of study
  • Properly enrolled during the entire time as a student trainee
  • Strong numerical skills and sense of responsibility Enjoy working with IT systems
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured, careful and independent way of working
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • German and another European language (e.g. Polish, Italian, Romanian) are an advantage

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,78 € per hour...
