Your Tasks
Functional Lead of PA for Price Maintenance
▪ Prioritize open service requests in alignment with Head of Projects & Support
▪ Ensure up to date process documentation
▪ Train & Onboard new team members (esp. Procurement Administrators)
▪ Allocate weekly priority according to workload
Integration of new Support Processes
▪ Review new support processes and analyze potential if to be covered by the team
▪ Active participation within process integration projects
▪ Act as main point of contact for procurement colleagues
Quality checks of executed service requests
▪ Frequently review support requests
▪ Ensure right working instruction of team members
▪ Ensure correctness of processes and results
Perform critical/complex support requests
▪ Responsible for the completion of most critical and complex support requests (Ariba & packaging support)
Continuous development of tasks
▪ Review scope and design of process and work on continuous improvement with procurement colleagues and GPSC team members
Your Profile
▪ Open mindset to work in a multi-national company
▪ Sufficient professional experience in operational work environment within a Procurement or Supply Chain organization.
▪ Proven record of functional leadership and ownership of bigger tasks
▪ Structured and self-employed working methods
▪ Service-oriented mindset ▪ Ability to influence others and bring the best out of colleagues
▪ Strong communication skills
System knowledge / Experience
▪ Very experienced in working with Microsoft Office applications (esp. MS Excel)
▪ High expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing & Supplier Performance Evaluation
▪ High knowledge/skill level in working in SAP MM & SAP BI systems
▪ Interest in Master Data and accuracy in handling requests
Language skills
▪ Fluent in English – written and verbal is mandatory
