Your Tasks
As a member of the NIVEA European Sales Team you will gain international sales & shopper and customer marketing experience at the headquarter of a leading global skincare company. We offer a fast-paced and fun environment, in which you will get a great deal of responsibility and independence from day 1, resulting in a steep learning curve.
Typical tasks include:

Data Analysis and Market Research on European countries for to-go market strategies

Analysis of market / category trends, competitor strategies (incl. offline and online store visits to track competition launches), and shopper studies to create shopper insights and recommendation for the European Shopper & Customer Marketing community

Support to update and develop pricing strategies for core products and innovation

Develop and update European dashboards to track sales execution across countries

Develop European trade sell-in stories for key launches and relaunches

Adapt Global Merchandising Guidelines (planograms), CPPA's (Channel Price Pack Architecture) to European requirements

Support on the implementation of an image recognition program across European countries

Support on development of Digital internal communication for the Global Shopper & Customer Marketing team
