Precision Marketing Assistant Manager

Your Tasks

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Precision Marketing Activities

•    Work with the Media and Digital Manager as co-steward for best-in-class digital campaigns and executions
•    Understand the business challenges and objectives to effectively activate Precision Marketing campaigns
•    Active role in digital campaign planning with the media agency, implementing precision marketing golden rules and brand safety guidelines
•    Define the campaign framework determining audience segments and scale, optimal communication assets, and KPI measurements
•    Identify the perfect platforms and buying strategies based on the marketing purchase funnel
•    Campaign management starting with implementation ensuring all campaign requirements are complete, and set up is done correctly and on time
•    Ensure consumer journey is seamless which includes setting up landing pages when needed and implements website pixel tagging
•    Monitor and lead in-flight optimizations to achieve desired KPIs in every step of the consumer journey
•    Maximize campaign budgets and guarantee that it delivers efficiently and drives impact to business
•    Digital marketing performance expert evaluating campaign results providing insights, learnings, and action points
•    Implement best practices basing on campaign learnings, platform opportunities, and competitive landscape
•    Safeguard processes by checking compliance to the different requirements by the global and regional teams
•    Support in engaging and coaching category teams and external agencies on precision marketing principles

Administrative Roles

•    Regularly update regional / global trackers and reports
•    Budget management including utilization of different Beiersdorf cost trackers, and billing processing
•    Local admin role on different Beiersdorf digital related platforms such as website management

Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Education

o    University degree preferably in Marketing or Business courses.

Skills
o    Excellent technical skills in end-to-end Digital Marketing from Strategic Planning, Optimizations, and Performance Analytics
o    Well versed in digital marketing especially in Precision Marketing and updated on digital media trends
o    Familiar with digital ads platform such as Meta Ads Manager and DV360
o    Knowledge in SEO and SEM is a plus

Experience
o    2 years in Paid Digital Media / Performance Marketing or related work in Media Agency or FMCG industry
