Your Tasks
Role Purpose
We are looking for an E-commerce Apprentice to help us build our brand presence across E-commerce platforms. You will work with the Malaysia and Singapore E-commerce team in sharpening both NIVEA and EUCERIN online activations by identifying potential TikTok/Shopee affiliates, assisting the team in managing video & livestream contents as well as doing store hygiene checks across all platforms.
Key Accountabilities
1) TikTok Video Content & Livestream Coordination
- Assisted in planning & executing TikTok video content, including livestream cuts, video posting, and daily content QC from agencies.
- Coordinated livestreams, ensuring high-quality product displays, updated mechanics/deals, and host engagement.
2) Product Relaunches & Pipeline Tracking
- Product relaunches were properly tracked, including PDP updates, barcode changes, and product listings on all channels.
3) Customer Service Management
- Coordinating between enabler and BDF retail team in ensuring consumer queries are being answered promptly across Lazada, Shopee and TikTok
4) SIA & Courier Management
- Handled product sample delivery orders for marketing and promotional activities.
5) Nivea and Eucerin Affiliate Club 2.0
- Identify & support the recruitment of new affiliates.
- Tracking of affiliate performance, working with enabler on improving affiliates strategies
- Curating affiliate content support.
- Affiliate communication & Relationship management
6) E-Content Hub & Product Launch Coordination
- To work closely with Global & Regional team and serve as the central hub to ensure MYSG has up-to-date information on lates content materials (eg: Revamp/Up-claims projects)
- Manage timeline tracking, content updates, and visual assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms with agencies
7) Competitive Analysis & Market Share (VAM) Growth
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors to identify gaps and opportunities in pricing, promotions, and digital execution.
8) Pureplay activation execution
- Develop and execute activation strategies to drive brand visibility and sales
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and optimize content tailored to individual platforms.
