Your Tasks
Drive the development, enhancement, and implementation of the BMOS program, ensuring effective communication, structured problem-solving, and timely escalation across BMM operational areas.
Lead BMM’s efficiency measurement system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reliability to support effective decision-making.
Drive the development, continuous improvement, and deployment of the MANEX program as a foundational pillar of the organization’s continuous improvement strategy.
Lead the BMM Material Loss program by providing guidance, monitoring performance, and prioritizing initiatives across different areas of the organization.
Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) at both area and system levels, ensuring robust measurement and monitoring processes; regularly update management reports to support performance tracking and ensure proper follow-up of continuous improvement (CI) metrics and action plans.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Strong expertise in CI methodologies.
- Solid leadership capabilities, with experience managing and influencing multidisciplinary teams (both direct reports and cross-functional stakeholders along the supply chain business).
- TPM, WCS, Excel Advanced (required).
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to interact effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
