Create and execute an active sourcing strategy in partnership with our recruiters and line managers
Identify, engage and win suitable candidates
Bring creativity to sourcing and think beyond available standard tools to attract talents for brands like NIVEA, Eucerin or Hansaplast
Take part in various projects to strengthen Beiersdorf's employer brand and the candidate experience in the global market
Build strong relationships with passive candidates and contribute to our growing talent pool
University Degree with business focus or comparable
Previous inhouse active sourcing experience or expertise in an executive search consultancy with proven track record in placing candidates
Very good knowledge of using sourcing channels especially LinkedIn
Ability to inspire candidates, gain their confidence and win them for Beiersdorf
Fluent in English, very good German is a plus, but we expect at least solid basic knowledge and the willingness to improve your German skills
