As part of Beiersdorf’s Marketing Analytics team located in the Global Digital Business Unit, your job is driving analytics by transforming data into insights to generate value to the organization. You will use market data to analyze performance, market dynamics and competitors.
You will be involved in global projects with high strategic relevance and work in cross-country and cross-functional teams to develop scalable analytical solutions for the entire organization.
We are proud of our fantastic team spirit, the large network we have and the great collaboration with other teams. We are especially close to Marketing teams and the board, as we provide excellent analytical tools and services. We are also close to IT as we develop tools in collaboration.
Your Tasks in detail:
You will analyze the Beiersdorf Market Performance
You will be responsible for the development and rollout of reports and dashboards in Power BI to generate valuable insights
You will lead analytical projects, such as pricing, forecasting, trends, root cause analysis, etc.
You will perform competitor analysis and tracking
You will train colleagues to drive data upskilling in the organization
You will create presentations based on your findings for the board and key stakeholders
