Your Tasks

Digitization and automation are becoming increasingly important in various areas of research and development to continuously improve our systems and processes and keep them up to date.

For our team we are looking for a working student who will support us in our day-to-day activities using existing systems and the digital transformation of the Beiersdorf "Product Safety" function. It is important to support various scientifically based tasks that are essential for the gathering, processing, and digitization of information for our product safety evaluations.

Typical tasks in the context of working student activities in our team are e.g.:

  • Database work and workflow management (storage, updating, completeness check of documents)
  • Working with software applications such as Microsoft Office 365 or SAP
  • Data evaluation, processing, and analysis in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Support in work processes, as well as their digital optimization, automation and streamlining
  • Supporting safety assessors by searching and retrieving data and information from public and non-public databases and sources

Your Profile

  • Scientific or technical studies (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, biotechnology, etc.)
  • Experience in dealing with databases and data documentation
  • Enjoy solving technical challenges
  • Matriculation during the entire working student activity
  • Ideally, some knowledge of MS Office 365 and MS SharePoint
  • Quick comprehension, willingness to learn, flexibility and willingness to perform
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Independent, structured, and careful way of working
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,78€ per hour.
