Junior International dCRM Manager (f/m/d) Eucerin & Hansaplast

Your Tasks

As part of the global digital team, you will be responsible for the holistic planning and implementation of dCRM activities and strategies, enhancing the individual touchpoints along our consumer journey. You will be in charge of various global dCRM campaigns and be responsible for the management of Salesforce, the central engagement tool including SFMC, SFSC and other studios.

This means in particular:

  • You are responsible for managing our global one-to-one marketing activities, using various digital platforms to engage our users throughout their consumer lifecycle
  • You are managing global campaigns and supporting the countries with the dCRM management tool Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud
  • You support the global introduction and optimization of a new dCRM infrastructure and the associated technologies for consumer communication
  • You are responsible for country support and the coordination of internal and external dCRM consultants and agencies
  • You support the dCRM team on the operational execution of communication related asset rollouts (including Loyalty Program and e-shop integration)
  • You assess key global and local digital CRM campaigns and provide performance transparency to the markets and the management
  • Support of marketing teams and countries in the design, implementation, and optimization of performance-oriented dCRM campaigns via specific channels
  • Support of development and implementation of global guidelines and process structures

Your Profile

  • Degree or work experience in digital marketing, dCRM, CX, direct marketing or a similar field
  • Extensive knowledge of consumer lifecycle communication and direct marketing
  • At least four years of operational dCRM experience (preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar consumer engagement tool)
  • Experience in creating and leading creative marketing campaigns and managing external advertising agencies
  • Consumer-first mindset and a strong ability managing expectations with a complex stakeholder group and balancing a multitude of priorities
  • Experience in managing medium to large international, cross-functional projects or sub-projects with highly qualified team members
  • Strong, customer-oriented thinking with hands-on mentality and attention to detail
  • Very good handling of online / dCRM / analytics tools and platforms that you will use every day at work
  • A passion for digital marketing, especially for dCRM
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
