Your Tasks
As a SAP Consultant you will

Secure the operation of the global application systems (PE2 PRIME, PP1 PC Template, etc.) by following the service level agreement

be working on the global SLA compliance and secures the running system

making sure to comply with all rules and regulations for the development and support process

advice customers and key users in all system relevant questions

incident handling: analyzes and fixes reported problems, documents results and communicates with the Key user

change handling: performs changes, consults the business and valuates risks and effort

coordinates developer or Is developing appropriate changes himself in the SAP development environment

TransferCoordination: Is responsible for project transfers from GPS to GAM: takes over projects into production, checks the documentation, requests knowledge transfer, secures the valid distribution into the production system, is responsible for the quality check and approval

works on internal projects, securing batch processes

gives support as RKU activities in case as there is no RKU available, due to the knowledge in the processes.
