Your Tasks

As POS Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the Eucerin and Hansaplast point-of-sale experience to drive sales and enhance brand visibility within the Mass Market and Pharmacy channels. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans for POS materials, displays, and promotions to ensure effective execution and alignment with brand objectives. You wil closely collaborate with sales, marketing, and category management teams to create impactful shopper experiences that maximize product engagement and sales. Your main responsibilities will include:

Drive POS through Shopper Activation:

  • Use data & insights to create best in class in-store shopper activations & maximize sell-out of Eucerin and
    Hansaplast across all available shopper marketing media
  • Set-up pre- & post analyses on promotional activities and support on promo forecastin
  • Develop & plan sales/merchandizing tools for Eucerin and Hansaplast in conjunction with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Detailing)
  • Prepare Sales Book together with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Training)
  • Work with Procurement to ensure promotional packaging, premiums & POS reaches all markets within agreed
    timelines
  • Closely monitor promo process through bi weekly promo meeting steering
  • Work closely with Demand Planning and VAS team to ensure product & promo availability
  • Collaborate with GBU to adapt global POS packages to local market needs, ensuring relevance and
    effectiveness
  • Work closely with creative & merchandising agencies to brief and develop POS layouts that align with brand guidelines & to implement impactful in-store activations, enhancing brand visibility and shopper experience

Data Analyse

  • Prepare monthly reports – Iqvia (sell out)/NS (sell in) analysis & reporting
  • Continuous analysis of the market and competitors, e.g. to be inspired by new trends

Your Profile

What it takes to join us:

  • Relevant degree (Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, ..)
  • Multilingual preferred : native level Dutch or French and very good level in English
  • First experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing / Category Management / E-Content
  • Experience in the creation of digital assets is a BIG PLUS!
  • Ideally knowledge in SEA/SEO
  • Creative mind with analytical skills
  • High motivation, resilient & self-starter mentality
  • Good skills in graphic design & agency steering
