Revenue Growth Analyst

As our RGM and Category Analyst you will support the RGM function in the development of the Commercial and Category Strategy and Operational Excellence. You will closely collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, External Category Management, Finance and Shopper Marketing teams to shape our strategy and ensure delivery of operational excellence.

 

You’ll need to have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful and actionable insight and recommendations. An aptitude to establish strong working relationships is key. Curiosity, a willingness to bring new ideas is critical to excelling in this complex and varied role. 

 

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
 

 

Your Tasks

  • You will support the development of the commercial Strategy to enable the business to hit our Revenue, Profitability and Share targets both this year and over the next three years.
  • You will support the RGM & Category team with the implementation and steering of OPEX (Operational Excellence), enabling the wider business to implement recommendations specifically on Range & Innovation (including assortment and range recommendations), Physical Availability (including merchandising guidelines and distribution gaps) and Price and Promo (list price and promo effectiveness)
  • You will support with the delivery of the commercial targets of the business by providing analysis and insights, and if required the closing of any gaps including liaising and coordinating with the Sales, Marketing, S&CM and Finance teams
  • Approve promo nominations via TMP, monitor NSP and TTC development, monitor floor price adherence, set promotional guidelines and review PPE. Recommend and execute plans to improve GM and TTC efficiency.
  • You will be confident using a variety of data sources (e.g. B.One, Nielsen, Kantar, Shopper data) to identify commercial and category opportunities through data-led recommendations

Your Profile

  • Pragmatic and resilient
  • Experience in RGM or Category Management and FMCG a benefit but not essential
