Your Tasks

You will support the global 3rd Party Procurement team which manages globally all BDF OEM and ODM activities.
We want you to promote the global success of Beiersdorf by actively cooperating in the procurement of finished goods, supplier performance evaluations and our innovation processes.

Become part of our team and support us in the following tasks:

  • Participation in projects e.g. tenders and supplier evaluation
  • Cross-functional and international collaboration within the Supply Chain
  • Insights in global sourcing strategies
  • Monthly tracking of KPIs
  • Involvement in supplier management and spend management
  • Work in procurement relevant IT systems like SAP, contract systems and reporting tools
  • Design of presentations in PowerPoint e.g. supplier landscapes
  • Preparation of analyses, evaluations, reports and overviews in Excel

Your Profile

  • Some successfully completed semesters in economics or technical studies
  • Duly enrolled during the entire working student activity
  • First experiences from internships or working student activities in Supply Chain Management
  • Affinity of consumer goods industry
  • Intercultural competence and high communicative skills (English fluently, knowledge of German a plus)
  • Safe handling of MS Office
  • Structured, independent and process oriented working method
  • Pleasure in analytical and conceptional work
  • Fluent German
