As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the daily operations of an international marketing team and actively contributing to the success of our healthcare business. With a portfolio that includes trusted brands like Hansaplast, Elastoplast, and Curitas, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global, and cross-functional environment.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Data & Reporting: Create insightful reports on regional and global scale
- Brand Development: Support the Brand Managers in developing impactful marketing materials in collaboration with agency partners
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate and coordinate effectively across teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
- Market Research: Assist in conducting and analyzing market studies to drive informed decision-making
- Team Support: Provide valuable assistance in daily tasks to ensure smooth team operations
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a business or science degree program, ideally with focus on marketing or medical fields
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship
- Preferred experience in the areas of marketing and or brand management
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for the Health Care business
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, leveraging data and presentations effectively
- Team player with positive mindset and “hands on“ mentality
- Exceptional organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), ensuring seamless communication in a global team environment
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
