Your Tasks

As a Technical CRM Consultant, you co-create digital end-to-end solutions to enable an increase in productivity for our Medical Management and Sales Teams. You will facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, enhance processes, handle incidents, manage changes and be responsible for the success of international projects from fit-gap analysis to go-live.

  • Participate and manage in international projects from fit-gap analysis through solution design to realization, testing, and go-live support.
  • Design and implement IT solutions tailored to the needs of the organization, particularly in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Sales and Medical Management Teams.
  • Act as a bridge between technical concepts and business requirements, facilitating effective collaboration with developers and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously strive to improve existing processes and technical solutions, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the product/project lifecycle.
  • Support local and global Sales and Medical Management Teams in daily operations, coordinating the resolution of technical issues with external partners as necessary.

Your Profile

Professional Skills

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable qualifications is a plus
  • Several years of experience in CRM/SFA systems implementation and management (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM), preferably in a technical consulting role.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and change management practices
  • Familiarity with agile methods (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Good knowledge of databases, SQL and ideally experience with interfaces (APIs)
  • Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.


Personal Skills

  • Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in an international context. Including the willingness to travel.
  • Commitment to learn, innovate, master new technologies and techniques.
