Responsabilities:
Planning:
•Ensure that the ABP meets the needs of the business and are properly funded and resourced.
•Ensure that the needs of the market are mapped and incorporated into Lead Market workstreams.
•ABP/ Fast Start/ Business reviews: Support S&CM ABP/Fast Start / BR process for the country. Ensure that the
process is robust and accurate. Identify and communicate key commercial pressure points.
•S&OP:Lead local commercial inputs (S&CM part) and interface into S&OP process.
Base business:
•Ensure that the assortment strategy is built based on Shopper occasions/RE understanding
Assure the design and plan by Channel (RE) and by brand of the commercial strategy: pricing, promo,
shopper activation, in store execution, aligned to marketing plan (Game Plan)
•Lead the local implementation of the Category Success Models (CSM) for all categories. Ensure that the
CSM is the base for all 4P plans by RE, with clear action plan (activities, responsible, deadline) by
category/ channel. Use the CSM as the main tool for planning ABP building blocks (value creation exercise
should be done/ reviewed annually).
Innovation:
•Assure the execution of the innovation package in Mexico.
Customer Engagement:
•Direct & Indirect: Ensure that customer and channel lenses are fully reflected into S&CM
plans and deliverables.
Presentations:
•Ensure that Customer Category Presentations (Innovation, Category, JBP, T2T) are completed for
all key customers.
Engagement:
•Lead the support to Sales with category information/insights as needed by RE. Participate with
Sales in T2T/ JBP meetings to present 4P plans (only in Top Customers)
Performance Management:
•Have full understanding of Category performance by Channel to address identified issues and opportunities.
