Senior Brand Manager

Your Tasks

  • Managing all marketing for the category and activities within the marketing department.

  • Developing the marketing strategy for the category in line with company objectives.

  • Working with sales department to identify programming to generate incremental sales and /or profitability

  • Working with internal teams & external partners to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

  • Managing the execution of product launches

  • Executing account specific promo and activation plan, and following up for executing with Shopper & Customer Marketing Team

  • Analyzing current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost-effective manner

Your Profile

  • Degree qualification in Marketing or related discipline or extensive experience in a Brand Manager role

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG marketing

  • Proven experience in Marketing and Brand Management including building and executive

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

  • Eager to learn and develop

  • Proactive

  • Team player

  • Flexible & quick in adaptation

  • Globally mobile approach is plus
