Your Tasks

•To drive sales (PC/BA) in super market and hyper market.
•Monitoring of competitor's activities in the market and providing feedback & solutions.
•To build strong in-store team by leading, coaching, developing team members
•To ensure in-store excellent execution and compliance with SCM guideline (display, new news, OOS, tester, POG, NPD and TRAX)
•To ensure distribution and availibility of BDF's products in assigned customers' stores
•To build good relationship with assigned customers' operation team to ensure that BDF is one of the preferred suppliers
•Follow, monitor and Audit Supervisor Team

Your Profile

•Bachelor degree of business administration or related field.
•Working in-store (PC/BA/Supervisor) at least 2 years.
•Retailer operation knowledge.
•Good presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills.
•Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
•Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
•Maintains a positive attitude despite rejection, challenges, or setbacks.
•Perseveres through difficult negotiations, ensuring long-term success.
•Analysis skills.
•Good in using Microsoft office (excel, ppt, word).

Office Location:6th and 7th Fl. Sathorn Square Office Tower, 98 North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500.  (Remotely Working from home could be applied)
