Your Tasks

Join our Eastern Europe Procurement Team and shape the future of Supply Chain and Logistics network across multiple markets.

As a Local Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for Value Added Services (VAS), Warehousing and Pallet categories while supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain footprint in local hubs and warehouses across the Management Unit.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

  • Take ownership of Procurement categories including Value Added Services (co-packing and related services), local warehousing services and pallet management,
  • Develop and deploy category strategies aligned with business and Supply Chain objectives across Eastern Europe,
  • Drive sourcing projects, supplier negotiations and contract management activities to maximize value creation, service quality and supply security,
  • Support the development and optimization of Supply Chain operations in regional hubs located in Poland and Slovakia, as well as local warehouses in Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine,
  • Act as a trusted business partner for Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations stakeholders, providing procurement expertise and market insights,
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization, service improvements, process harmonization and innovation,
  • Lead supplier relationship management activities, including supplier performance reviews, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify emerging trends, new suppliers and best practices,
  • Ensure compliance with Procurement standards, policies and contracting requirements,
  • Monitor category performance, savings delivery and Procurement KPIs while maintaining accurate sourcing and supplier data in relevant systems,
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global Procurement colleagues to leverage synergies, share best practices and support strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

  • University degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, Logistics or Supply Chain-related roles.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and managing logistics, warehousing, contract logistics, VAS, co-packing or similar operational services,
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and supplier relationship management skills,
  • Excellent analytical skills with a structured and process-oriented mindset,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic international environment,
  • Experience in developing and implementing category strategies,
  • Strong customer and business-partnering mindset,
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Leadership experience is welcome,
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and solution-oriented personality with strong communication skills,
  • International mindset, adaptability and resilience.
