As
Marketing Assistant
for our Eucerin brand, you will - with a sense for excellence - support the Marketing Team across various activities to drive the life-changing power of Eucerin brand in Belgium, with a focus on sell-out & brand image. You will be the supporting caring pillar of the Derma team, Medical Team & Pharmacy Director but also a caring contact to consumers, through Consumer Care & Community Management.
Consumer Care:

Be the point of contact for Consumer Care Service Belgium for Eucerin & Hansaplast: answering consumer interactions, questions & complaints (NL)

Ensure reports are followed up with Legal Affairs Manager and internal follow-up of quality issues together with Quality Manager
Daily support of Marketing & Medical Teams:
-
Provide contract management support (uploading contracts & legal verifications)
-
Be a point of contact for legal-related matters (follow-up with lawyers)
-
Create all the PO’s & follow up and if applicable, organize the material purchase
-
Support for ad hoc presentations, translations & checks for marketing, sales & medical material
-
Ensure the office stock management.

Lead adaptations mailing lists / organize team meetings
-
Support the team with all GDPR topics / privacy policies & related needed adaptations
Daily support of Brand Management:
-
With the Brand Manager, support the full sample lifecycle: following up on forecasts, steering Supply Chain operations, ensuring that distribution takes place, tracking budget, conducting quarterly analyses of samples

Lead the Supply Chain Datas completion for all products in the Eucerin assortment for the France-Benelux cluster, incl. approval from other countries

Verify & transfer information demands from sector organizations
-
Follow up of the use of visuals & rights purchase
-
Support for creative material development, invitations, presentations, professional press (incl. retroplannings)

Monthly competition follow up
-
Support for Digital Campaigns and/or website localization when applicable

Follow-up of tools like product information management & digital asset management: photo stockage & campaign materials
Daily support of medical marketing team & pharmacy director:

Support the organization of bigger events (pharmacists events) & Medical external events and webinars
-
Together with the responsible Medical Marketing Manager, follow-up forecast distribution & budget of samples for Medical team

Upon request, support the team for training platform (Eucerin Academy), creative material development, invitations, & review texts / assets
-
Responsible of the organization & clarity of the team’s folders & proposing ideas for simplification

Operational support: Maintain the organigram up-to-date, expense notes, organize meetings, book trips
Your Profile
What it takes to join us?

Dynamic and motivated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital or equivalent proven experience in a similar role.

Business proficiency in English is required. Fluency in both
French and Dutch is mandatory
.

Affinity with Dermocosmetics: A strong interest in dermocosmetics and enthusiasm for brand, medical, and digital marketing activities.

Positive, passionate, and creative, with a proactive and can-do attitude.

Organizational Excellence: A natural talent for organization with excellent project management skills—able to prioritize, remain structured under pressure, and manage complexity with clarity.

Attention to Detail: Highly accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively within teams and also work independently.
