Your Tasks

  • Strategy and business planning. Be the local medical specialist with a real hand on approach on increasing medical brand prescriptions and sell-out.
  • Ensure the ROI in the different territories through the proper follow-up and monitoring of the performance of the Derma brands in the districts.
  • Continuously verify in the field that the strategy and promotion of the products marketed under the Derma brands are being carried out according to the established procedures.
  • Manage analysis tools such as IQVIA, ATV, Close-up , this is for the generation of business performance indicators and gap opportunity finding.
  • Assure correct alignment between all areas and main initiatives with Medical Management & Marketing strategy (Promotional Grid, Congresses, KOLs and DOLs)
  • Ensure KPIs are focused on hitting ROI targets tied to build brand medical awareness & engagement, driving a better brand Derms’ tracking evaluation and IQMED key KPIs.
  • Ensure that the material resources such as medical samples, original gifts, promotional materials are delivered properly and in accordance with the promotional plans of each cycle.
  • Develops and implements local medical marketing strategy with medical campaigns towards the HCP’s with use of CRM+ system (IQMED)
  • Leads Eucerin’s and Aquaphor’s Medical/Scientific-based awareness campaigns, exploiting in synergy with Marketing/Digital/S&CM congresses and clinical studies.
  • Working cross-functional and understands the roles and responsibilities of Marketing, Sales, S&CM, Digital taking the lead on Medical Portfolios and/or Medicalization Strategies
  • Ensure that the sales methodologies “Eucerin way of detailing”, “Dispensing Model”  and “Eucerin way of mentoring” .
  • Organizes and controls the Budget for the área and the detailing team. (Samples, FOC, Promotional material, travel & expenses, tolos such as Ipads, Visia, etc)
  • Compliance to high ethical stantards as well as company’s policies and country regulations.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 10+ years medical management experience in fast moving consumer packaged goods environment and OTC’s.  Ideally Derma Skin Care brands.
  • More than 3 years of experience as medical representative or Operations/Field Sales / First Line sales manager Management of KOL.
  • Team player, balancing driving business needs and supporting engaged culture.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to analyse market, business & consumer trends and proactively translate them into focused strategies and action plans.
  • IQMED, ATV, Close Up, IQVIA Management.
  • Knowledge experience and stakeholder management with global HQ teams.
  • Track record of strong results-orientation with experience in financial analysis and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management.
  • University Degree.
  • High Analytical/Numeric Skills.
  • Up to 40% travel. Frequent travel domestic and international, including overnight stays.
