In the role of Revenue Growth Manager you are responsible to make sure that Beiersdorf will sustainably grow in the future. This means creating win, win, win situations for Beiersdorf, Retailers, and Shoppers through an analytical & systematic approach. You will strengthen the revenue growth management strategy on both brand and customer level by effectively monitoring and evaluating assortment, promotions, pricing & investments. This has to lead to clear recommendations for opportunities to grow the business. Additionally, you’ll have a steering role in setting up the customer price/promotional plan by continuously tracking the competitiveness against external price/promo KPI’s & internal financials KPI’s in order to achieve MS%, NS & Profit
• Lead the development and alignment of annual promotional strategies across all categories of Beiersdorf, both on brand and retailer level.
• Drive customer-specific promotional plans that align with strategic goals, budgets, and timelines to maximize brand visibility and retailer promotional objectives.
• Analyze promotion performance both (internal & competitor) and turn insights into clear actions to boost brand, retailer, and profit performance.
• Translate insights, trends into clear recommendations to improve brand, retailer, sales/profit performance.
• Share key learnings with Marketing, Sales, and Forecasting teams to support better decision-making.
• Evaluate current pricing strategies and define areas for improvements.
• Monitor competitor pricing and deliver strategic insights to inform Beiersdorf’s pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Category Management to define pricing for new products and annual list prices.
• Co-create compelling sell-in stories regarding pricing strategy.
• Define based on analysis of pricing in the category & financial KPIs the new annual list prices
• Integrate OPEX learnings from EU/MU/NL in the NL local strategy
• Drive follow-up of the opportunities within the category team & with NAMs. .
• Work closely together with international colleagues from the headquarters on the OPEX opportunity identification, and implementation.
• Main point of contact of IPV/ TPM/ MIQ in Netherlands such as responsible of renewal of the contracts (IPV) and ensuring quality of the data through regular checks
• Providing the company on a monthly basis with insights on the results of the past period
• Lead cultural change (speak-up / crucial conversations, open communication, prioritization, DE&I)
• Inspire team with latest technology / developments instore to be the best and leading skin care company in the world
• Working as 1 team together with Sales & S&CM
• Fulfill all mandatory trainings in due time.
• Be part of company broad projects
• Leads and motivates the team to deliver high performance and achieve the commercial targets
• University, preferably Master degree
• Around 2 years of work experience in analytical roles in FMCG
• General S&CM expertise category manager & revenue growth manager in the local market Netherlands preferred
• Fluent in English, and fluency in Dutch preferred
• Advanced in M365, Nielsen, GFK, Power BI
• Strong analytical skills /strategic & creative thinker
• Initiative and curiosity, to spot and pursue opportunities before competition
