Work together with the Marketing, Commercial and Sales teams to design the channel's promotional calendar and ensure the necessary resources for its execution.
Structure the channel's promotional calendar following important dates of retail, company, seasonality, category, etc.
Constant alignment with the Sales team to identify opportunities, implement actions and ensure that the complete outfit is available at the right time (merchandising materials, discounts, mixes, promo packs, etc.)
Propose innovations as an alternative to traditional promotions according to the dates and mechanisms available to customers (free shipping, cashback, sampling, etc.)
Work with the sales team to define the promotional mix, pricing strategy, availability, and so on.
Align the calendar with the Ecom Media area to ensure sales and implementation of campaigns
Secure launch plans for priority products in the channel in a timely manner for the sales team to execute.
Measure results after running campaigns and gain insights to improve upcoming ones, and work with the consumer base to generate buybacks.
Analyse overall channel results to define the right mix and optimize sales results.
