National Account Executive

Your Tasks

As National Account Executive (NAE) you will be joining an established commercial team focusing on a portfolio of customers, where you will be pivotal in our growth and evolution of current and new customers.

With accountability for key brand portfolios, you will be required to develop and drive strategic plans that ensure all sales and profit targets are met whilst delivering value to both the customer and Beiersdorf.

The role requires you to build strong working relationships with our trading partners, maximising sales, distribution and the effective management and analysis of promotions.

Key Responsibilities

⦁    Executes the customer investment and sales strategy that meets both short and long term business objectives
⦁    Develops an annual, medium and long term plan that ensures the delivery of brand, category and customer objectives and targets
⦁    Is responsible for the efficient and excellent execution of the customer marketing plan
⦁    Is responsible for the planning and implementation of the customer promotion plan
⦁    Ensures delivery of monthly business forecasts & variances

Your Profile

  • You will be an experienced relationship Manager with a passion to build your career within a commercial environment, motivated by customer partnerships and growth.
  • Good relationship builder, skilled at influencing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to achieve results at pace.
  • Knowledge of brands and customers gained within a retail, Health & Beauty or FMCG environment.
  • You are driven by success and keen to evolve your accounts through promoting our trusted brands.
