The Detailed Scheduler is responsible for the production schedule of the factories (horizon week 1-2). They ensure that the schedule is feasible and can be produced seamlessly by the factory. In case of short-term disturbances, the Detailed Scheduler reacts in alignment with the Network and Inventory Planner. They serve as the interface between the manufacturing teams and the Center of Excellence Planning team. They represent planning in internal meetings and looks after fill-pack lines and mixers. They closely collaborate with the Network and Inventory Planner and provides insights on local and technical knowledge the health of the campaign plan
Detailed Production Scheduling
Ensures correct and efficient planning in-house of Finished Goods and bulk in SAP to guarantee the timely delivery of Finished Goods according to demands from domestic Demand Management and Export countries. Optimize sequencing within campaigns (Filling Lines & Mixers) and reaction to disruptions in production lines. Collaborate closely with the Purchasing planner as well as the production department.
SAP System/ Master data
Ensures the production planning is operated by the SAP system, monitors the process, and ensures that agreed measures are implemented. Maintain correctly and review continuously the master data in SAP for an efficient production planning.
Workforce / shift requirements planning
Cooperates with FIT manager to assign shift model and workforce scheduling requirements
BMOS representative
Ensure a timely production planning according to the demand to secure supply situation in market. To take the lead for materials readiness in production lines for next 24hrs.
Drives continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the planning process
Leads individual projects or any assignments that supports ongoing projects for the factory, such as Weekly production planning to support finished goods stock coverage, factort refurbishment, Insourcing project, Material Loss and OAE improvement. Support the PC strategic projects i.e., Service Level, Manufacturing Frequency Indicator (MFI), Manufacturing Schedule Adherence (MSA), and Material Loss
Capacity vs Demand planning
Analyzes volatility of demand along with managing Capacity Mix and Fill in mid- and long-term to avoid Market /Business loss
Phase in/ Phase out
Ensures that all Launch/ Relaunch projects are supported in terms of in time delivery of the new Bulk/Finished Goods, proper phase out of the old Bulk/Finished Goods and immediate escalation in case of foreseen issues.
