As part of the global digital team, you will be responsible for the holistic planning and implementation of dCRM activities and strategies. You will be in charge of the global rollout of various dCRM infrastructure and be responsible for the management of the central engagement tool, the Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud.
This means in particular:
• You are product owner of the Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud and therefore responsible for its further strategic development, administration and country implementation
• You support the global introduction and optimization of a new dCRM infrastructure and the associated technologies for consumer communication
• You are responsible for the strategic support of the countries and the coordination of external dCRM consultants and agencies
• You will work together with the digital team on the operational execution of the worldwide salesforce strategy rollout (including the Loyalty Program and e-shop integration)
• Support of marketing teams and countries in the design, implementation and optimization of performance-oriented dCRM campaigns via specific channels
• Development and implementation of global guidelines and process structures
