Your Tasks
The Technical Campaign Manager in the dCRM Hub is responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as the brand websites. This role requires technical expertise to create seamless and personalized digital experiences that enhance customer experience and support business objectives, within the general Beiersdorf context.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Implementation: Plan, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns while serving as the central contact point for Business Campaign Managers and integrating campaigns across dCX platforms (CRM, Website)

Technical Integration: Ensure technical integration between platforms and collaborate with IT teams to set up required campaign features

Data Analysis and Managemet: Analyze campaign data to optimize performance while ensuring compliance with privacy and cybersecurity guidelines

Customer Experience Optimization: Personalize and optimize campaigns to enhance customer experience, with a focus on automating setups and creating innovative consumer experiences

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate campaign results and insights to management and relevant stakeholders

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and actively involving them in the campaign development process

Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver clear, convincing presentations for various audiences

Translation of Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical user stories and work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs

Understanding of Digital Marketing Processes: Applying best practices for planning and executing effective digital marketing campaigns

Innovation Mindset: Develop innovative digital marketing consumer journeys across platforms by identifying and implementing new technologies and methods
