• Accurately process payroll for multiple countries, either directly in Beiersdorf systems or in collaboration with a provider.
• Work closely with other roles (e.g., talent acquisition) to ensure timely and complete employee master data, updating it according to change requests.
• Serve as a 2nd-level contact for any payroll-related questions employees may have.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Coordinate enrollment, changes, and terminations in collaboration with local HR colleagues.
• Maintain and update salary structures and bonuses, ensuring they are correctly included in payroll calculations.
• Collect time tracking and absence information (where relevant) and incorporate it into payroll operations.
• Collaborate with other roles to stay updated on payroll and benefits regulations, ensuring compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records, processing employee changes, deductions, and withholdings accurately.
• Generate payroll and benefits reports for management and regulatory agencies as required, providing insights and analysis as needed.
• A college or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, psychology, or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in HR.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• A strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and benefits programs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish, with working proficiency in English, enabling you to navigate international contexts with confidence.
• Experience in a HUB is desirable but not mandatory.
• Desirable experience in international companies and/or working with other countries.
