Your Tasks

Join our European Sales Controlling team and gain hands‑on experience at the heart of commercial decision‑making. As an intern, you will work with senior stakeholders across Europe and contribute directly to performance analysis, pricing and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) projects, and customer negotiations.
This role is ideal for students who want to combine analytical skills, business impact, and international exposure.

  • Portfolio performance analysis across Europe: Analyze sales, profitability, and value drivers across countries, channels, and customers; prepare insights for management and regional reviews.
  • Support Revenue Growth Management (RGM) projects: Contribute to pricing, promotion, and trade investment analyses; support the development of fact‑based recommendations to drive sustainable growth.
  • Support regional customer negotiations: Prepare analytical materials for key customer negotiations, including business cases, scenario analyses, and post‑deal evaluations.
  • Ad‑hoc analytical support: Assist with dashboards, reports, and presentations used by senior management in commercial decision‑making.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
  • Strong analytical mindset and very good Excel / data analysis skills
  • Interest in sales, pricing, RGM, and commercial strategy
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
  • Confident communication skills in English (German is a plus, not a must)
  • The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations.

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
