Your Tasks

As Precision Influence, Search and Owned Lead, your job will be multi-functional, requiring you to manage a range of digital specialties and bring them together in a holistic and efficient manner. A large part of your role will be to manage all precision influencer (PI) activities (organic & paid). This cover influencer activity from ideation to execution, defining and monitoring the measurement approach, checking for implementation of influencer best practices, and supporting transversal enablers for PI transformation acting as a change agent in the organization.

In addition you will be responsible for bringing the brand to life on our owned social channels, portraying the brand in a way that is synergistic with our campaign communications and fosters consumer engagement. Lastly you will also have responsibility for the brand website, ensuring content is engaging and supports brand and communications objectives and the SEO and SEM strategy is executed to support both.

In this role you will need to engage closely with global and regional digital teams, cross-functional marketing, digital & media teams and key external partners (influencer, creative, SEO, website and media agencies).

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years in influencer marketing positions
  • Experience in influencer campaign & event management in FMCG categories
  • Ability to effectively translate marketing objectives into influencer execution
  • 2+ years experience crafting and executing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies with a proven track record of increased impressions and quality visits
  • Experience with GA4 (google analytics)
  • Experience executing SEM (Search engine management) activity Brand marketing and project management background in an FMCG environment
  • Experience with digital campaigns execution and planning
  • Experience with paid social advertising and management of amplification / sponsored ad Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
