Lead and manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including;
- eCom strategy, JBP, channel management and execution for existing channels and seeking for new business potentials. Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing, analysis and reporting. Work with marketing & digital team to integrate marketing plan driving quality traffic and sales conversion
- User experience: Lead development of ‘Retail Readiness’ in eCom platforms, ensure seamless campaign journey & SEO optimized on Shop-in-Shop & product page to maximize conversion. Measure web performance and recommend optimization plan to uplift Consumer Experience & improve conversion rate.
- Platform solution & initiative: Analyse and Identify business challenges, maximize platform solutions and co-develop initiative to drive growth & collaboration
- eCom Creative design: lead conceptual design and output development & implementation with creative agency
- Media: lead strategy, planning, oversee execution, testing and optimization
- Sales & Promotions: Work with Trade marketing team to develop channel strategy and promotion plan
- Supply chain: Oversee forecast & stock management to ensure optimal stock levels, oversee fulfilment service provider to ensure exceptional delivery of goods.
- Aftersales service: Coordinate with Call Center when issue related eCom functionality and Fulfilment partners arise
- eCom Operation process : Lead new process planning & rollout. Oversee day-to-day operation
- Support SEA eCommerce team.
