Sales - Manage the customer portfolio through distribution, promotions, and POS visibility to remain competitive and meet business objectives. Oversee and control the sales mix of the Brands Portfolio at the customer level to ensure targets for sales, margins, and customer contributions for each brand are met.
Pricing - Ensure the successful implementation of the agreed-upon customer list price.
Promotions - Plan and execute the customer promotion strategy in alignment with the objectives and guidelines set by the RGM team. Analyze and review promotional activities, providing recommendations for corrective actions in line with the Planning & Promotions Strategy.
Point-of-Sale - Monitor progress against the agreed objectives in the annual customer plan for product distribution and display at POS, collaborating with the Category Management and Shopper Activation teams to maximize the accessibility of Beiersdorf products to shoppers.
Performance-based TTC System - Ensure achievement of customer TTC and Net Pricing targets, maximizing return on investment and margin delivery while meeting NSP targets.
Monthly Business Monitoring/Forecast - Ensure the delivery of the agreed monthly, quarterly, or annual business forecasts, providing weekly updates on any variances. Review selling-out figures against market data (at least monthly) and offer recommendations in agreement with relevant stakeholders and the Sales Manager.
Compliance - Ensure that all communications and commitments with customers comply with current and relevant legislation.
