The Global HR Centre of Excellence drives our global business strategy by connecting business needs and our people agenda. We develop and implement relevant global expert concepts to drive consistent strategy implementation.
- Support the development, management and implementation of strategic projects in the area of organization design, organizational development/ transformation and change management
- Consult business and HR leaders on organizational development topics
- Contribute to global OD strategy, modules and tools and skill up HR and business functions regarding organizational development
The Global CoE team plays a key role in enabling: Digitalization (capabilities/mindset), operating models (organizational structure/ change management), productivity (manage performance/reinvest in skills and talent), people & culture (mindset/core values: reactivate our weak spots/drive cultural learning, entrepreneurial and winning attitude) and leadership.
In the Global COE team, the Global Organizational Development Consultant will work closely with the Global Head of Organizational Development to consult business leaders in the fields of organization design, organizational development/ transformation, culture building and change management.
