Your Tasks

With your start at Beiersdorf you will become a part of our transitions to a data driven company in Marketing. Transparency, accountability, and data governance are the key success factors here.
Our new holistic initiative for Communication Analytics MediaX & Connected Campaign Media AnalytiX are parts of the holistic approach to connect media and communication at Beiersdorf for majority of our brands like NIVEA, EUCERIN, Hansaplast etc. Especially the data governance is a crucial topic as well as adaptation of many processes. This includes e.g., the Master data creation process, definition and implementation of diverse naming conventions and the development, implementation & usage of internal digital Beiersdorf tools. All these topics need to be developed, steered, and trained. Perfect cooperation, common understanding of demands and processes of all global Beiersdorf functions, diverse local and regional stakeholders and Beiersdorf partners like Media, Digital & Creative Agencies are key to ensure high quality of complex data around the Beiersdorf world.

Main Tasks:

  • Support the development of standards of our global data governance for Communication & Media
  • Enforce consistent campaign & asset master data management
  • Ensure (master) data quality
  • Support development, implementation & optimization of related naming conventions
  • Support definition and ensure implementation of new processes by understanding and underpin markets & business needs
  • Support the governance and guidance of global, regional, local Stakeholders
  • Support the development of trainings for new tools or processes and train people
  • Work with all related Beiersdorf tools to ensure accurate and consistent data across all systems
  • Work closely with and steer our external partners

Your Profile

  • University degrees in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration/Informatics and/or Economics
  • At least first years of work experience in driving outcomes in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, agency/consultancy, start-ups or corporations
  • First expertise driving projects to completion, overcoming obstacles, and managing change.
  • First Project Management experience to drive a growing number of projects with the ability to meet deadlines. First experience in an IT agile environment, defining project scope and developing of project plan is a plus.
  • Strong personality to independently push projects forward.
  • Very good analytical and conceptional thinking skills.
  • Enthusiasm for analyzing and creative problem-solving, e.g., for data and/or software requirements
  • Eagerness to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders to build trust and drive engagement
  • Excellent and proactive communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
