We are looking for an intern who wants to make an impact while learning a lot and having fun!
As our Skill & Talent Management Intern, you will play a critical role in creating a culture of
continuous learning within our IT organization. You will work closely with our IT Skill & Talent Management team to identify skills gaps, design and foster an agile learning strategy, as well as exploring innovative formats to promote the significance of continuous development
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to design and implement an agile learning strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Strategize and execute learning events to inspire a culture of growth and development
- Identify skills gaps and support in closing them through training and development initiatives
- Conduct research and analyze trends to stay on top of industry trends and emerging best practices for learning and development
- Assist with daily administrative tasks
Based on your personal interest, the internship also offers the opportunity to explore and support further topics, such as innovation or diversity and inclusion within IT.
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in management, psychology, education or similar
- Enrolled during the whole internship (bachelor or master studies) respectively internship after bachelor studies in preparation of master studies (internship needs to be completed within the gap year)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Passion for learning and development, and a curiosity to explore new ideas and experiment with new formats
- Ideally, the internship should take place between June to September.
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,78 € per hour...Additional information
