Main Accountabilities:
Manages Online Growth Model via Performance Marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for developing customer marketing strategy and execution to drive online business. This person is responsible and accountable for supporting the eCustomer teams in achieving their sales objectives by analysing and optimizing the visibility and engagement of our brands in-line with e-tailer’s digital strategies
The role is responsible for maximizing returns on advertising and promotional activities across the ecommerce channel. This role encompasses media buying too across the ecommerce players.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage the total E-com Marketing Budget
• Analyse data, think creatively and dream up innovative strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach the right target audience in the most effective way possible.
• Design and increase the impact of the online marketing investment through continuous improvement by measuring, analysing and interpreting campaign results and utilizing this information to improve return on investment for future campaigns
• Devise and implement strategies to ensure marketing campaigns effectively attract and retain customers, increase brand recognition, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Execute the search strategy to grow the base business through search campaigns, tracking the results and proposing improvements to the campaigns and the strategy.
• Seek for ways to conquer new territories in terms of new keywords, campaigns and platform tools.
• Specifically track 1P & 3P campaigns in order to identify different trends and opportunities, optimizing not only sales but CPCs.
• Provide search insights to the E-Customer Sales Managers, UX and Category Manager.
• Work closely with e-Customer to drive growth of respective account through optimal Marketing Budget
• Work closely with Digital Agencies to drive Traffic & Conversion Rate to respective Category through optimal Media & Marketing Spend Management
• Manage the CRM (Email, SMS & Chat Bot) content development and subscription base to boost the sales performance
• Execute overall content strategy for eCommerce in liase with Category Manager
Education
o BA/ BS University degree
Skills
o Strong influencing and interpersonal skills – able to manage conflict and resistance across internal & external teams.
o Strong analytical and data mining attitude. Should be able to use data to develop and support decisions
o Highly organize with ability to prioritize, focus on key issues and simplify process
o Excellent communication skills (English)
o Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Experience
o 3+ years’ experience with digital media buying and planning
o Confidently executes and manage/buy all digital media campaigns across all eCommerce channels and devices.
o Strong experience specifically with Lazada and or Shopee campaigns
o Utilize audience targeting strategies and creative testing frameworks to improve engagement and ROAS
o Experience troubleshooting campaign performance and delivery, utilizing data insights to develop campaign optimizations and test strategies that over-deliver on portal KPIs
