Your Tasks
- Involved in the projects, supporting the project in communication and organization with PMO activities
- Supporting the Scrum Master in regular meetings and tasks of the product teams
- Support and collaboration in the support and project area (e.g., error analysis; improvement of Office 365 integration, project controlling, etc.)
- Participation in ongoing projects, e.g., in software development, IT support, or data analysis
- Support in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Assistance with general administrative tasks, e.g., scheduling, data maintenance, or organizing meetings
- Improvement and optimization of internal BSS processes using Microsoft Office 365 applications and other tools
- Point of contact for process-supporting activities/tools/reports
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Digital native with a passion for digital tools
- You take ownership, are self-motivated, and think creatively to achieve results
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards is a plus.
- Programming knowledge (e.g., ABAP, Java, HTML, SQL) is a plus.
- Very good analytical and process-oriented skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially in Excel
- Charismatic and strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
