Media Executive

As Media Executive you will manage everyday agency relationships (Media & Influencer), campaigns tracking & optimizations, Media X accuracy and process compliance.  Provide media expertise support in new briefings, challenging agency proposals, and ensuring in-scope media buying compliance. Manage and lead internal media reporting on all key media campaigns with all key marketing team stakeholders.

 

Support Media Manager on other media topics in connection to EUNA One Media team.

 

This is a Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months

Your Tasks

Agency Management

  • Manage media agency scope of work in terms of reporting and process contract compliance, including brand safety tracking
  • Support Media Manager to ensure agency delivery of contractual buying guarantees, working with auditors to provide cost and quality measures and prices and performance.
  • Manage Influencer agency to deliver best in class campaigns across the brands, integrated within the broader marketing plans

Media Management

  • Support the media briefing process by providing expertise and insights from previous PCA’s &
  • CMM data
  • Manages local contract scope of offline media buying guarantees (TV, OOH, Print), tracking agency service levels and delivery of activity performance, ensuring that each consumer journey drives our brand's growth and business KPI’s
  • Work with the Precision Marketing manager to ensure all online campaigns are targeted to the optimized audiences, in line with Golden rule compliance
  • Manage the test & learn agenda to ensure campaigns constantly evolve and improve
  • Support the media manager with budget tracking and PO compliance
  • Provide media expertise regarding “mental availability” into brand strategy reviews and future looking brand planning
  • Support with upskilling the wider marketing team regarding media best practice, Precision Marketing, CMM, Golden Rules implementation and media KPI’s

Performance Tracking

  • Ensure that all campaigns (PCA's) evaluations produced on time and supporting the brand team in implementing revisions to the next wave of media buy.
  • Work closely with the media agency providing competitor share of voice and other industry lead insights, supporting uncovering new issues and opportunities which would lead to competitive advantage or more efficient media buy.
  • Support Media Manager in media agency audit process and internal audit process.
  • Ensuring that the admin processes (raising PO’s, media plan approvals) work efficiently, challenging inefficiencies bringing them to the Media Manager attention.
  • Support the annual business planning process and wider measurement evaluation projects

Your Profile

  • Experience in Media from either a media agency, media auditor or a similar corporate position within media
  • Stakeholder management with an inspiring and open approach
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a team member
  • Excellent relationship management with the ability to naturally engage your stakeholders
  • Challenging, motivating, and inspiring style towards the agencies and colleagues
