Your Tasks

Planning.

  • Ensures delivery of the agreed sales plan, profit, pricing, optimal distribution and presence at POP.
  • Drive the growth of NS for direct customers and IMS DT customers.
  • Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of the TT investment strategy, maximizing long-term profitable growth, for the defined customers within the area of jurisdiction.
  • Ensure team’s clear focus on distribution, promotions, sales, stock management, POS implementation, payments, data collection and analysis.
  • Steer the region’s growth by adapting strategies as set to gain Distribution, market shares, maintain and improve presence at POS versus competition.

Business Objectives:

  • Achieve annual Sales targets of region and customers under jurisdiction.
  • Develop and execute strong and focused retail strategy by Retail Environment to achieve agreed revenue and volume targets.
  • Implement and achieve business plans and strategies for area under jurisdiction, Deliver both financial (revenue, margin, cost, assets) and non-financial (volume, credit, growth) business sales targets.
  • Communicate competitor developments, launches/ re-launches, opportunities, special developments, information and or feedback gathered through field activity to line manager.
  • Negotiate and seal trading terms, promotion, distribution and visibility agreements with GT Key customers.

Your Profile

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or another related field
  • 5 years relevant experience in Field Sales or Business Development
  • Other Professional Qualification will be an advantage.

Knowledge skills & capabilities

  • Superior communication, negotiation, and customer development skills.
  • Strategic and analytical skills with demonstrated Business Acumen
  • Good presentation skills
  • Demonstrated people management skills.
  • Team player.
  • Experience in Distributor Management
  • Work requires significant local travel and willingness to work on a flexible schedule.

Job requires the possession of a valid driver’s license
