Your Tasks
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Quality Management (QM) digitalization initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in various projects, documentation, and meetings to enhance our system's functionality and user experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage to understand various modules and system functionalities.
- Support the digital team with tasks related to other initiatives as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings and training programs for digital initiatives.
- Document project meetings and help the core team address outstanding topics in their absence.
- Contribute to project documentation based on requirements.
- Create user-specific documentation.
- Collaborate to standardize templates for diverse project needs.
- Evaluate system customization proposals and create visual presentations for enhancements.
- Manage the collaboration hub page in Viva Engage and keep the SharePoint site updated.
- Prepare presentations for meetings, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Develop and update user manuals and training materials to reflect the latest system updates.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Quality Management).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in project support or quality management is a plus.
- Familiarity with digitalization processes and tools.
