Your Tasks

We are looking for an Indirect Buyer - Marketing to join our dynamic team within the France/Benelux subsidiary of Beiersdorf. This strategic role covers France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with a portfolio including displays, POS materials, co-packing , and other indirect categories. You will play a key role in the transformation of our procurement organization, with new categories to be integrated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management
    Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs, lead projects, select suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contracts in coordination with our legal department, in line with Beiersdorf’s procurement policy.
  • Supplier & Category Management
    Select suppliers based on strict criteria (financial health, code of conduct, sustainability commitment, expertise), maintain strong relationships, and co-develop innovative solutions.
  • Performance Management
    Contribute to savings targets by identifying cost optimization opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and tracking procurement KPIs.
  • Systems & Training Support
    Train internal stakeholders on procurement processes, provide support on tools (SRM, SAP), and ensure data quality for negotiations and contracting.

Your Profile

What it takes to join us:

  • Relevant degree with ideally a specialization in Procurement;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including expertise in Displays/POS development;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
  • Team spirit and ability to work in a regional network;
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, initiative, and decision-making capability;
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore diverse procurement categories;
  • Proficiency in SAP, SRM, CLM, Ariba environments;
  • Professional level of English, both written and spoken
