The Global HR Centre of Excellence drives our global business strategy by connecting business needs and our people agenda. We develop and implement relevant global expert concepts.
The Global CoE team plays a key role in enabling: Digitalization (capabilities/mindset), operating models (organizational structure/ change management), productivity (manage performance/reinvest in skills and talent), people & culture (mindset/core values) and leadership.
Within the Global CoE team, the Organizational Development Team works on topics related to organizational design, organizational development and culture shaping. The Global Talent Management Team works on topics related to building talent pipelines, talent assessment, succession planning and performance management.
Main responsibilities:
- Work on business taskforce projects in the area of organizational design, change management and new ways of working
- Work on concept creation and implementation in the field of global talent management, e.g., succession planning and talent assessment
