Your Profile
- Daily MKT/Competitor/Technology/ODM Monitoring Support

Qualification & Experience
- Chemical/engineering/biology/natural sciences
- Bachelor or Master degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience (e.g. in cosmetic company R&D, or in RM company technology application function etc.)
- Basic personal care formula knowledge and have passion for cosmetic industry
- Be familiar with traditional database like Mintel, Euromonitor, Trends Hunter, etc and academic databases for literature and patents
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Data control/report preparation and Knowledge acquisition
- Cooperation / Interface coordination

Monitor competitor products (off/on line) L/RL activities, market dynamic, manage competitors’ product database.
Monitor ODM trends and technology from ODM supplier and from competitor intelligence. Propose ideas from ODM side to business partners and serve for future pipeline. Scouting with strategic supplier based on mkt wish.
