Your Tasks
- Managing and monitoring medical management budgets related to Derma Forum & Congresses including cross-charging across multiple countries.
- Overseeing budget steering of medical management department ensuring effective tracking of purchase orders, payment statuses, and vendor setup, alongside regular SAP reporting to Medical Director.
- Organize and support teams’ business trips including accommodation and travel visas as necessary as well as handling of expenses for the team.
- Support the organization of Congress and Derma Forum activities, including product orders and event materials.
- Management of dermatology events, including hotel and flight bookings, contracts, and payment processing.
- Fostering a distinctive and collaborative Medical Management culture across all levels—Global, Regional, and Local.
- Coordination of RED town halls and Derma Leadership Team events/meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
- Supporting the medical management and marketing teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
Your Profile
- Seasoned team assistant adept at navigating diverse and complex team dynamics.
- Exceptional administrative and organizational capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Fluent in English and German is a plus.
- Flexible and eager to engage in a wide array of administrative tasks, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Possesses a positive "can-do" attitude, along with a proactive and adaptable approach, thriving as an active contributor to the team.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- A true team player committed to fostering a positive team atmosphere.
