Precision Marketing Manager

Your Tasks

Role Purpose

  • To lead and manage Precision Marketing Digital Strategies with media agency and brand teams to improve media brand and business KPI results. Works directly with media agencies and brands teams to leverage the correct strategies and evolve BDF Precision Marketing Digital strategies.

Main Accountabilities

  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong digital media marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute rapid test and learn strategies
  • Experienced with Precision Marketing campaigns, channel testing methodology and multiple attribution models to optimize results
  • Comfortable with different methodologies as well as their associated tools such as marketing automation, A/B test, personalization, …
  • Effective collaboration with creative/brand marketing and product management teams
  • Experience working with products with long conversion cycles and consideration phase
  • Drive vision and integrated strategy for digital Precision Marketing campaigns to improve future campaings
  • Understand customer journeys for a purchase process and design consistent digital journeys across all digital touchpoints
  • Work, together with the agency, in budget allocation and ensure correct optimizations across channels and funnel strategies aligned with that journey
  • Manage media agency relationship, monitor, support and challenge media agency in order to minimize acquisition costs while increasing business KPIs
  • Detect and Convert insights into action
  • Measurement and understanding of channel contribution to sales (ROI)

Your Profile

Skills & Knowledge

  • +7 years Commercial experience in /Digital Marketing/Digital Media /Growth Marketer
  • English & Spanish Proficiency
  • High strategical and analytical approach
  • Project management track record
  • Entrepreneur, Hands on, Dynamic, able to focus and prioritize tasks
  • Team player, Open to learn and try new things
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven ability to leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute rapid test and learn strategies
  • Experienced with channel testing methodology, lifecycle marketing programs and multiple attribution models
  • Deep expertise of ad/web/email reporting and analytics platforms, such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Analytics, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Deep expertise of data and its usage across channels (e.g. lookalikes, custom audiences, audience exclusions,…)
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies and targeting capabilities of the different paid media channels
  • Proven experience as a performance marketer, managing and optimizing in a hands-on performance marketing role
  • Comfortable with different methodologies as well as their associated tools such as marketing automation ,A/B test, personalization,…
  • Strong track record of effective collaboration with creative/brand marketing and product management teams
  • Experience working with products with long conversion cycles and consideration phase
