Your Tasks

  • You develop digital solutions that contribute to automation of our business processes, from decisions taken in our Supply Chain to measurement devices used in our Research & Development, always keeping the human in the loop.
  • You engage with internal users to understand their needs, model business processes and design automation solutions.
  • You implement automation solutions on our automation platforms (e.g. RPA, no/ low code) and collaborate with developers from the applications and AI teams.
  • Via reviews and pair-programming with fellow developers you ensure high quality of our code, documentation and compliance with our best practices.
  • You drive adoption of Citizen Development on our automation platforms, i.e. be active in our automation communities and support business Citizen Developers on their projects

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Computer Science or in a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of general process automation concepts: BPM, RPA, hyperautomation
  • Work experience with automation platforms like Appian, Camunda, GBTEC, ServiceNow, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, etc.
  • Willingness to contribute to our cross-organization automation communities by sharing success stories, platform capabilities and best practices
  • Written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and eagerness to continuously learn
